Turtle Theater Collective re-interprets Thornton Wilder's "classic" American play, which tells the story of the fictional small town of Grover's Corners between through the everyday lives of its citizens, through a Native lens in this site-specific production. Set in real space at the Division of Indian Work (http://www.diw-mn.org),  the oldest non-profit organization serving the Native community in the Twin Cities,  the Turtle Theater collective examines what it is to be part of a community in this capstone to our inaugural season.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
